This 11-day journey is a soulful blend of yoga, nature, culture, and spiritual immersion in the heart of Nepal. Begin your adventure with a stay at a Tibetan monastery, where you’ll experience the simplicity and mindfulness of monastic life. Practice yoga and meditation daily in inspiring settings—from peaceful hilltops in Nagarkot and Astam to quiet forest trails and ancient temples. Gentle treks lead you through Chisapani, Nagarkot, and Pokhara, offering stunning Himalayan views along the way.

Outline Itinerary ( 11 Days )

Day 1 : Welcome to Nepal – Arrival in Kathmandu

Your wellness journey begins with a warm welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our representative will greet you and escort you to the beautiful Himalayan Suite Hotel in Kathmandu. After settling into your rooms, you’ll have the chance to rest and unwind from your travel. In the evening, you’ll receive a brief orientation about the journey ahead and enjoy a relaxing welcome tea with the group.

Day 2 : Travel to Azom Monastery – Begin the Inner Journey

After breakfast at the hotel from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, we depart at 9:00 AM for a special yoga immersion at Jungle Mahal, where you’ll engage in a deep learning yoga session from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. After a wholesome lunch, we drive to a peaceful monastery in Pharping and check in at 2:20 PM. After an hour of relaxation, you’ll join an evening yoga and meditation session from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Dinner follows from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, and the day ends with a quiet evening walk accompanied by a reflective philosophy talk from 7:30 to 8:30 PM.

Day 3 : Living Like a Monk – Meditation & Simplicity

The day begins early with a sacred prayer/puja ceremony conducted by monks from 5:00 to 5:30 AM, followed by a revitalizing yoga class until 6:30 AM. After a light breakfast, you’ll participate in a singing bowl sound healing class from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Lunch is served at 12 PM. In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a guided exploration of the serene surroundings of Pharping, including spiritual caves and temples. Dinner is at 6:00 PM, and the evening ends with a short Buddhist philosophy session from 8:00 to 8:30 PM.

Day 4 : Trek to Chisapani – Forests, Villages & Views

On Day 4, after an early breakfast in Kathmandu, you'll drive about 45 minutes to Sundarijal, the starting point of your scenic trek to Chisapani. The trail leads through the lush forests of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, gradually ascending past waterfalls, stone staircases, and traditional Tamang villages like Mulkharka. The trek takes approximately 4 to 5 hours and rewards you with fresh mountain air, diverse birdlife, and peaceful surroundings. Upon reaching Chisapani, a serene Sherpa village at 2,300 meters, you'll be welcomed with stunning views of the Langtang and Gaurishankar Himalayan ranges. In the evening, unwind with a calming yoga session as the sun sets behind the mountains. Overnight stay in a private standard room in Chisapani, surrounded by nature’s quiet beauty.

Day 5 : Trek to Nagarkot – Yoga with a View

After sunrise yoga and breakfast in Chisapani, we will head towards Nagarkot (5 hrs walking). The whole trail passes through dense forest, making you forget the tiredness and making your hiking joyful. We stop by Chauki Bhanjyang to have lunch and rest. Then we continue our hike to Nagarkot, passing through terraced fields, which also offer unmatched scenery of innumerable peaks along a large section of the Himalayas.

Nagarkot is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas, which includes 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13. They are Mount Everest, the Annapurna range, the Manaslu range, the Ganesh Himal range, the Langtang range, the Jugal range, the Rolwaling range, the Mahalangur range (Everest range), and the Numbur range. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of Kathmandu city. Overnight stay in Nagarkot in a private standard room.

Day 6 : Return to Kathmandu – Culture & Comfort

Start your day in Nagarkot with a refreshing morning yoga session from 6:00 to 7:30 AM, surrounded by fresh mountain air and serene Himalayan views. After a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, check out between 9:30 and 10:00 AM and begin your scenic journey back to Kathmandu. On the way, visit some of the Kathmandu Valley’s most iconic cultural landmarks, including the ancient royal city of Bhaktapur, the peaceful stupa of Boudhanath, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, and the hilltop shrine of Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, check in once again at the Himalayan Suite Hotel in Kathmandu. The evening is free for you to unwind, enjoy a massage or spa treatment, or explore the vibrant local markets.

Day 7 : Drive to Pokhara – Lakes, Hills & Serenity

After breakfast, begin your journey with a scenic private drive to Astam Village, a peaceful hilltop destination near Pokhara known for its natural beauty and panoramic mountain views. Far from the city crowds, Astam offers a serene and authentic village experience. Upon arrival, check in at Swara Village Retreat, a tranquil eco-retreat surrounded by organic farms and Himalayan vistas. Spend the afternoon relaxing, soaking in the peaceful surroundings, or taking a gentle walk around the village. In the evening, enjoy a wholesome dinner prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and settle in for a restful night in nature’s quiet embrace.

Day 8 : Astam Village – Nature, Culture & Rest

Rise early and enjoy a peaceful morning at the retreat. After breakfast, begin a short guided hike through the nearby hills to explore the surrounding villages and experience the local culture and lifestyle up close. Return for a wholesome lunch, then in the afternoon, visit a nearby river where you can relax, dip your feet, and play in the water, enjoying nature at its purest. In the evening, unwind with a grounding yoga session back at the retreat, followed by a nourishing dinner under the stars.

Day 9 : Sunrise Walk, Peace Pagoda & Lake Fewa

Wake up at 5:00 AM and take a short walk up the Astam village hill to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Machapuchare (Fishtail) ranges. Return to the retreat for a refreshing morning yoga session, followed by time to freshen up and enjoy a wholesome breakfast. Between 9:30 and 10:00 AM, relax and prepare for check-out. At 11:00 AM, begin your drive to Pokhara and check in at a lakeside hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Peace Pagoda, a serene hilltop stupa offering panoramic views of Pokhara and the lake. From there, hike down through lush forest trails and cross Lake Fewa by traditional boat. Spend the evening exploring Pokhara’s vibrant Lakeside area or relaxing at the hotel.

Day 10 : Final Yoga & Return to Kathmandu – Cultural Farewell

Begin the day with a gentle morning yoga session followed by a hearty breakfast. After checking out from your Pokhara hotel at 8:30 AM, embark on the scenic drive back to Kathmandu, which takes approximately 7 hours. Upon arrival, check in at the Himalayan Suite Hotel. In the early evening, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, enjoy your final yoga session in Nepal—an opportunity to reflect, stretch, and relax. Later, celebrate your journey with a special farewell dinner featuring a traditional Nepali cultural dance performance, marking a memorable end to your Himalayan experience.

Day 11 : Departure Day – Peaceful Farewell from Nepal

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and take a moment to soak in the final peaceful vibes of Kathmandu. At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure. As you leave Nepal, carry with you the serenity, inspiration, and soulful memories of your retreat—etched in the mountains, culture, and quiet moments you experienced along the way.
