- 4-Hour Hands-On Class — cook a complete Nepali meal from scratch under the guidance of a professional Nepalese chef in a home-style kitchen
- Learn to prepare Dal Bhat Tarkari (the national staple) plus 2–3 additional dishes such as momos (dumplings), sel roti or aloo tama
- Begin with a local market visit to source fresh spices, vegetables and ingredients — understand Nepali pantry essentials
- Master key techniques: tempering spices, grinding masala, shaping momos — all with take-home recipe cards
- Eat what you cook — class ends with a shared lunch of your own meal, with chai and dessert
