“Dinesh was wonderful and made adjustments to the trekking plan as needed which made the experience more enjoyable. Trekking during the monsoon season was not recommended due to rain, shops being closed and limited food/ accommodation options but i thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, no crowds, no waiting for bathrooms or restaurant tables, and plenty of time to soak in the incredible scenery without feeling rushed. While communication could sometimes be a bit tricky due to language barriers, I knew I was in good hands as Dinesh clearly knew the route well and was committed to making sure I had a memorable journey.”

“Easy flight, everyone gets a window seat and it doesn't matter which side you are on because the plane does a fly past both ways. On the left hand side, you get the first view. I went in the monsoon season so a lot of cloud but the mountains are above the cloud cover. It would be better later in the year when the monsoon stops, but it is still very worthwhile.”

“Initially I booked a single tour with Himalayan Social Journey but they reached out and offered to build an all-inclusive itinerary for my 11-day trip to Nepal. I am really glad I opted for it as they took care of everything from recommending and organizing the best tours, booking hotels, arranging transfers and even taking care of last minute, special requests like arranging a sound bath session for me. I visited Kathmandu, Chitwan, Pokhara and Nagarkot, and also took the scenic flight to Mount Everest. Highly recommend them for getting the best experience of Nepal. “Our group of four had an absolutely fantastic time with Santosh as our guide. We felt safe and supported throughout the trek, and enjoyed his company and jokes. Santosh is definitely an expert on EBC - I really felt like we were in good hands. The altitude and glacier cold is no joke, and you definitely want someone guiding you that can not just help, but make you feel excited and proud to be there. Gorgeous scenery throughout the trek (even when cloudy!), and a real sense of pride at completing it.”

“We did the 14 days Nepal budget tour and we could not be more happy with our choice. In only 2 weeks we visited Kathmandu, Chitwan national park, Pokhara and did a 5 day trek in the Annapurna region. The organization was flawless (like a swiss clock). We felt safe and welcomed in every place. Our guides Harka (Chitwan) and Ganesh (Pokhara and trek) + Bishal (our porter) did an outstanding job. We recommend them and the whole trip 100%. “We were picked up on time, provided with a packed breakfast and got to the airport quickly. We were directed to the right place, boarded the plane efficiently. The views were unbelievable and the air crew pointed out all the peaks. They were charming. We were collected by our taxi without problems. An amazing experience, one I’d definitely repeat.”

“Weather conditions are not guaranteed. After a flight cancellation, I chose another day to soar into the sky above the "Roof of the World," and it was well worth it. The majestic Himalayan Mountains rise before you, showcasing some of the most famous peaks.”

“Me and friend travelled different parts of Nepal for 21 days. Our journey included - Poon hill trek from Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan National Park and Ilam. Our trips included few flights, trekking, road trips and helicopter rides. Himalayan Social Journey organised our trips seamlessly from the planning to the execution. They excelled in every aspect. “My boyfriend and I did the Three Passes trek with the company. We were accompanied by a porterguide. He was kind, good intentioned and was very helpful with booking our future accomodations. There were some inconveniences along the way but the company was very attentive to our requests and made a big effort to make us feel heard and taken care of.”

“An unforgettable and great experience! The weather was perfect, no cloud, best visibility. The beauty of the mountains was indescribable! The pick-up and return transport were punctual and impeccable. There was a breakfast box. The flight is operated by Dash 400 propeller machines. The complaint was that on my opposite side the window was very scratched, not good pictures. It would also be helpful if every guest gets a map of the scenery to recognize the mountains. The crew, however, made an effort to explain.”

“What a great tour/day of the 7 Unesco World Heritage sites our wonderful experienced guide Dipendra has provided our small group of 3 people! Everything was perfectly arranged from A to Z. We not only saw a lot of Kathmandu and surroundings and learned about it from Dipendra but also laughed a lot with each other which created an excellent atmosphere. “Truly magical. We were picked up on time and taken to the airport which was the usual scrum. The flight was delayed but when we set off - WOW. The stewardesses came to each passenger to ensure we knew what we were looking at and the scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommend this trip.”

“I had the most incredible experience doing Poonhill - Ghorepani trek (3 days) with my guide Dinesh. I was unsure how I would go as a solo traveller but from the very start I felt supported, comfortable and extremely well looked after. The tea - houses and meals were good quality (better than I expected) and the scenery was unlike anything I’d ever encountered. Dinesh made the trip super enjoyable, fun and achievable.
