Check in to the monastery guesthouse, settle into your room and meet your yoga instructor for a brief welcome and orientation.

The daily rhythm continues with the same structured flow. Today's emphasis shifts toward deeper alignment work in the morning Yogasana session — your instructor refines your postures and introduces more challenging variations for those ready. The afternoon singing bowl healing session is held in the monastery courtyard. By now, the body is beginning to recognise the rhythm.

A full practice day with the same structure as Day 3. The mid-morning therapy and rest window (11:00–13:00) is well used by most participants for self-study, journaling, or a quiet walk along the ridge above the monastery. Today's evening Dhyana meditation extends into a longer silent sit. This is often the day participants begin to feel the cumulative effect of consistent practice.

The return to the monastery is in the late afternoon in time for the evening meditation session.

Seven days in Pharping completely reset my nervous system. The morning Pranayama sessions on the rooftop with Machhapuchhare in the distance (visible on clear days) were unforgettable. Our instructor was patient, knowled…
Came to Nepal for trekking and stumbled across this retreat. So glad I added it before the EBC trek. The monastery setting is genuinely peaceful, and morning puja with the monks was a powerful experience. Daily Hatha + m…
Best week of my year. The structured rhythm — Jala Neti at 6 am, yoga, breakfast, rest, sound healing, more yoga, meditation, dinner, lights out by 10 — felt restorative rather than restrictive. Loved the visit to the As…
