5:45AM – Transfer to the Airport
Head to the domestic terminal at the airport. Ensure you've accounted for traffic to avoid delays.
6:30 AM – Check-in Process
Upon arrival, proceed to your airline's counter to collect your boarding pass. Prepare for a scenic flight adventure.
6:45 AM – Security Clearance and Waiting
Clear security and proceed to the waiting area . Use this time to relax, grab a coffee, and prepare for possible weather-related delays. The waiting area is a good spot to mingle.
7:00 AM to 7:50 AM – Departure for a Scenic Himalayan Flight
Board the aircraft and take off by 8:00 AM, flying toward the Himalayan range. The panaromic views during this part of the joureny are simply unparalled.

Himalayan Social Tours very good to deal with. I booked 2 tours with them in January this year, 4 months in advance. Their communication has been fabulous and the driver they organized to pick me up was exceptional. The weather was beyond their control and apart from the Everest flight has been disappointing. Unbelievable 😀. The service and tour was fantastic. When we arrived at the airport, and checked in, our flight got cancelled due to bad weather. We were concerned how we would get back to the hotel, but our driver was waiting outside for us at the airport, and took us back to our hotel. Our flight was rearranged for the next day, and again the driver was there the next morning to take us back to the airport. The service we received from the tour company was excellent. We were reassured all the way. The view of the Himalayas was breathtaking. Every part of the tour was absolutely faultless.

This excursion was one of the highlights of my first trip to Nepal. I was only in Nepal for a short visit but wanted to see Everest and the other mountains up close. Since the visibility is limited from the ground, I was excited for this opportunity. High above the clouds, the view was even better than expected. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to visit. The safe was flight. We did the 14 days Nepal budget tour and we could not be more happy with our choice. In only 2 weeks we visited Kathmandu, Chitwan national park, Pokhara and did a 5 day trek in the Annapurna region. The organization was flawless (like a swiss clock). We felt safe and welcomed in every place. Our guides Harka (Chitwan) and Ganesh (Pokhara and trek) + Bishal (our porter) did an outstanding job. We recommend them and the whole trip 100%. It was much better than we could have imagined. Mingmar sherpa dai was our trek lead along-with Tenzing dai, Janak and Siddharth. All of them really helped us during entire the trek. It was my first trekking experience in Nepal and Himalayan Social Journey made the entire experience memorable. They are very professional and will help you at every point.
