This is my second trek in Nepal. This time I did EBC trek. Luckily or unfortunately I was not able to reach katmandu. Team form Himalayan social journey helped me a lot to reach Ramecha, from where I have to start my trek. After ramechap flew Luckla. After reaching Lukla I meet my guide "Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Ramkrishna. These two are the back bone of my EBC trek. These two person are really highly skilled guide. They suggest me what to do while trekking and what to avoid. Really appreciate for both of them. Fun part l spend most of time with Ram Krishna. He is 19 year old young boy. He Don't speak much, But by 9:30 he get hungry for lunch 😂. He was with me till EBC. While returning he told me one of his 👌 song "Dhal dhale". After listening that song that become my favorite song Now about Dinesh. He was my main guide but we did trek only for couple of days together because he have to handle one of my another trekmate. But what ever time I spend with Dinesh was one of the best time. I wish he could spend more time with me. He told me trek is not about just walking. We have to accept Natura. We have to accept there local tradition way to survive. I learnt a lot from Dinesh. Hats off to you man. If you are reading this review. Best trek time: Gorakshep to Luckla in 2 days 😜 Over all I covered, Namche bazaar, everest view hotel, Lhotse, Everest base camp, kalapathar and much more....

My group of three did the Everest Base Camp Trek with the Helicopter ride down and all I can say is, what an experience! In the best way possible! First off Himalayan Social Journey made the whole booking process super simple and they answered all of questions, and I had a lot of questions! From the second we landed in Kathmandu to the second we left, Himalayan Social Journey took care of us every step of the way, from coordinating airport pick up/drop off, coordinating our stay, the entire trek and taking great care of us when we got back to Kathmandu after the trek! Now specifically for the EBC trek we cannot thank Indra, our guide, and our three porters enough! Our porters were so friendly and helpful and always got our kit bags to the next tea house! Indra our guide was AMAZING!!!!! He went above and beyond throughout the whole trip and was so encouraging the whole trip and that was a huge help especially since throughout the trek we all had highs and lows! He made sure we were drinking enough water, helped get us set up with our tea house and made sure we had all of our food ordered! Indra was also a wealth of knowledge, throughout the trek he would tell us about the different towns, the different mountains, the culture we were experiencing, and any questions we had he was always happy to answer them! The trek was tough, but Indra made sure our whole group made it to EBC and we had a good time during the whole thing! Indra really went above and beyond during the trip especially from the start when limited planes were taking off to Lukla he got us on a flight! I highly recommend booking your EBC trek through Himalayan Social Journey and I definitely recommend asking for Indra to be your guide!!!! You will not regret it!

My 14 year old son has done paragliding with them. Extremely professional and wonderful customer care. As a parent, clarity in Communication of the paraglide pilot added a lot of confidence in me. Well experienced people involved in business. Would definitely recommend.

This company was great! I was hesitant to book the flight to Mt Everest and did the day before, leaving me very happy that i did so. Was picked up and dropped to the airport, everything run smoothly. The views from the plane was mesmerising and met above any expectations. It’s a really humbling experience to witness the natures’s body in that way. Everyone at the flight had a window seat. The plane is like a roller coaster ride, that take you there and back for both sides to witness the beauty of the view.

We have successfully completed EBC trek. Special thanks to our guide Dawa Sir. Dawa Sir has a great control of the terrain. Helped us in all aspects and taken good care of us. He was very crucial for us to get through the trek. Dawa is a great asset to Himalayan social journey team.

We decided impromtu to make a trip to Nepal. With such a rush, we engaged Himalayan Social Journey (HSJ) to plan a 7D itinerary for us with 3 days hiking Dumpus-Australian Camp-Sarangot-Pokhara and the trek was the highlight and memorable trip for us. Although we could not see much of the Himalayan moutain ranges due to hazy sky, we still enjoy the beautiful tranquil panoramic views and pockets of villages along the treks. Thanks HSJ for working out and arranging such lovely holiday for us. We will definitely contact you again if we ever find ourselves back to Nepal again...maybe for another serious hike in the near future.

Himalayan Social Tours very good to deal with. I booked 2 tours with them in January this year, 4 months in advance. Their communication has been fabulous and the driver they organized to pick me up was exceptional. The weather was beyond their control and apart from the Everest flight has been disappointing. I give them my highest recommendation.
