This was my wife and my second trip with Himalayan Social Journey (HSJ). Last trip was 13 years ago to ABC. The Langtang Valley is absolutely beautiful. Soaring peaks beautiful meadows, rainforest etc. Great snow capped mountain views the whole way. We were well looked after by our Guide Tikaram (Tika) and supporter Bhim (we are grandparents). Himalayan social journey was very helpful throughout our trek. All things well arranged prior and well informed. We were fortunate to have an experienced Sherpa like Mr Mingmar who was like a shadow on the entire trail. His advices on all days helped us prepare well in advance. Highly recommended. Special mention to Mr Khilraj sherpa who was the second guide throughout.

I had a truly fantastic experience on my April 2025 Everest Base Camp trek, all thanks to Himalayan Social Journey. Their meticulous planning ensured a smooth journey from start to finish, beginning with an immediate pickup in Kathmandu after my flight from Pune – no waiting whatsoever! While the accommodations were basic but as expected, the true highlight was our guiding team. Santosh ji was a professional and incredibly knowledgeable mountain guide, and Sonam's helpful and cheerful demeanor made the trek even better.
